Coronavirus Emergency: Ghella supports the INMI Lazzaro Spallanzani

In such a difficult time for our Country, Ghella has decided to support those who fight in the very frontline against the coronavirus.

Therefore, the Company has donated 100,000 Euro to the National Institute for Infectious Diseases "Lazzaro Spallanzani", the Roman hospital that first isolated the virus. Since the beginning of the emergency, the Spallanzani hospital has hosted and treated hundreds of Covid-19 patients.

"The work and expertise of the INMI Lazzaro Spallanzani staff are an Italian excellence that we are all proud of, but we know that a battle like this one, against the coronavirus, cannot be won without adequate funds. It is essential to support both the supply of medical material and research: now, the real challenge is to find a cure for this terrible virus", says Enrico Ghella, President and CEO.

"This donation is made possible thanks to the efforts of all of our Ghella personnel and collaborators who, by continuing to work with commitment and dedication, in most cases from their homes, allows to keep the Company running despite the dramatic moment."

Just 1 Euro can make a difference. Donate by following the instructions on the INMI Lazzaro Spallanzani website.
